If you walk away from a consultation with DIYwithHelp feeling unsatisfied, please let us know.  We want to ensure that we retain only the best experts and ensure that all of our DIYers leave our consultation calls a bit smarter about their projects!

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your consultation, please email us at: admin@diywithhelp.com.  It is extremely helpful to notify our team within 24 hours of your consultation so that we can act quickly on our side. In the event you are not fully satisfied, we will ask you a few questions and try to find you another expert to help with your situation. If we fail to do so, or the call with the new Expert still does not help more forward your DIY project, we will offer you a full refund.

All issues must be communicated to us within 30 days to be considered for a refund.
